    Job Description:

    FOH Hourly Manager

    Leading the team on designated shifts

    Handling cash and processing “checkouts”

    Touching tables and creating a great experience for our guests and staff

    Troubleshooting issues within range of abilities

    Assisting the management/ownership team on accomplishing goals

    Holding one’s self and others accountable at all times

    Always representing the brand with a positive attitude

    Company Overview: We are a laid back, casual, but fast paced restaurant and bar. Associated with our big brother, O.H.S.O. Brewery and Distillery, we have an inside/outside bar with many craft beers on tap and available in cans and bottles. At Little O’s, you will find a dog friendly patio, an array of O.H.S.O. inspired menu items available in house or to-go and a friendly staff, ready to serve. This funky neighborhood hangout is sure to bring people together with good food, good beer and, of course, dogs!

    Qualifications:

    Food Handler's Certification

    Title 4 Liquor Certification

    2 years recent serving experience (Supervisor experience a PLUS)

    Counter service experience a plus

    High volume experience preferred

    Must have a great attitude and strong TEAMWORK!

    Must love dogs!!!

    Server Job Description: Servers are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times. Little O’s servers will work as a team and pool tips. Team service is a style of service that utilizes every member of the FOH staff. We believe in working smarter together rather than harder apart. It creates a self sufficient, strong group of people who learn to trust themselves and their coworkers. While we offer a casual dining experience, we will also provide a “fast casual” facet to our operation. Greeting guests at the counter and taking orders will also be a major part of our Servers job responsibilities. Serving great food and beverages while either dining in, “grab and go”, “to-go” or “order and self seat”, we will offer our guests different options on their dining experience.
