Brewery and Distillery, we have an inside/outside bar with many craft beers on tap and available in cans and bottles. At Little O’s, you will find a dog friendly patio, an array of O.H.S.O. inspired menu items available in house or to-go and a friendly staff, ready to serve. This funky neighborhood hangout is sure to bring people together with good food, good beer and, of course, dogs!
Responsibilities:
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Qualifications:
Food Handler Certification
Able to stand on feet for 5-8 hours at a time
Teamwork oriented
Punctual
