Core Duties and Responsibilities

Scheduling our Customer Service team and filling in if needed.

Position will work a couple of front desk shifts.

Friendly engagement with the customer by phone and in person.

Must be able to multitask with customer communication, phones, and software.

Solve problems by proactively finding solutions.

Being a team player.

Completion of required training.

Ability to professionally answer customer questions regarding policies and curriculum.

Gain knowledge of JackRabbit software.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.

The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.

Great attitude and willingness to be coached.

The ability to commit to 1 year of employment .

The ability to work a consistent schedule and 2 Saturday’s per month.

Starting wage of $13.00-$15 per hour. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part time job.
