Little Tree Education is looking for a fun, dynamic, and caring individual to step into the role of Lead teacher for our Infant Room. This individual will be responsible for leading a child-centered classroom in which the developmental needs of each individual child are being met. Our school expects our staff to act with thoughtfulness, kindness, and empathy to inspire the children trust and respect.

Expectations:

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that engage the children and support their educational journey. Lead teachers must communicate openly and clearly with parents on a daily basis about the children's daily progress and the classroom happenings. Lead teachers must collaborate with all classroom staff to ensure that the classroom environment, materials, and culture fully support the Montessori Philosophy.

Requirements:

All staff must complete a background check. All staff must obtain a CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of being hired. All staff must complete a set of online training courses within 90 days of being hired. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:30 and shifts will vary within this time frame.
