Little Words Project is looking for a retail associate who enjoys working with customers selling and promoting jewelry and accessory products. The position will begin on April 24th through July 30th. The retail associate position will serve as a friendly face to greet customers and tell the brand story and background of Little Words Project. They will also assist customers by providing recommendations, answering questions, altering customers to product options and expanding sales revenues by up-selling product and accessories. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in retail or restaurants and has a strong dedication to providing exceptional service for customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers as they shop in store - Answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies - Process payments and keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked - Assist in maintaining the back-stock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor - Capture fun Instagram / TikTok moments within the store with customers to share on LWP's social channels - Help promote our products on social media - Utilize the company's POS system to handle customers purchases - Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times Qualifications: - High School diploma / GED required - 2+ years' customer service industry experience - Ability to work well on a team - Must be able to work weekends and holidays - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Passion for learning, sharing LWP's core values, including positivity and kindness Email resume submissions to Careers@LittleWordsProject.com
