    As a Sales Development Representative at LivTech, we are looking for high energy sales professionals with an entrepreneurial and cross functional mindset to grow the brand’s awareness and pipeline through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach. The ideal candidate has a passion for further pursuing a career in tech sales, and advancement in our organization comes by way of showcasing your ability to perform consistently while displaying grit, creativity and thoughtfulness. Your mission will be to generate sales opportunities that become the future customers of LivTech.

    We believe that ideal candidates possess the core competencies of being intelligently agile, naturally curious, a forever learner, display determination and grit and are humble. This role will be reporting to the Director, Business Development.

    How you will make a difference:

    • Raise awareness and generate interest through cold calling, emails and social outreach to prospective customers

    • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives

    • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity metrics (minimum of 40 calls and 20 emails per day)

    • Manage your book of business by working cross functionally with marketing and sales leaders

    • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the BDR role and program

    • Collaborate with team members to share and learn best practices

    We are looking for people who:

    • 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation

    • Experience interacting with prospects and customers preferred

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Display resilience and grit. Obstacles never stand in your way or get the best of you

    • Enjoy competing and look to raise your own bar for performance

    • Can take coaching and apply changes to your process quickly

    • Experienced with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Gong, ZoomInfo (or similar tools)

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
