Job Summary

If you are an experienced professional who enjoys working with the older adult population, has a vibrant and outgoing personality, and a background in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other related experience, we would love to talk with you about opportunities to join a developing team of like-minded professionals and grow with our company.

Our trainers are provided with ongoing support and training and are able to build flexible schedules around other commitments.

Responsibilities

Design your own programming to fit the needs of your class participants

Select appropriate formatting and class structure to achieve goals of improved balance, flexibility & strength to decrease falls and increase independence

Inspire older adults to live healthier lifestyles

Support individual participant fitness goals

Manage your own schedule and ensure that classes you are assigned have coverage in the event you must be absent from the shift

Maintain excellent relationship with staff at lass locations

Represent your Live 2 B Healthy®️ team mates

Qualifications

Proven experience in health/wellness related field

Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Ability to work well with team

Motivated self-started with ability to manage your own schedule

In 2011, Cory brought in a team of partners to ensure that the company’s rapid growth continues just as smoothly.
