Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide the best support.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in live chat support.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is an advantage.
