About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to provide compassionate and professional care for our clients. This position offers competitive daily pay of $244 before taxes, a supportive work environment, and the chance to positively impact the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.

Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and linen changes.

Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.

Assist with mobility, including transfers, walking, and range-of-motion exercises.

Transport clients to medical appointments, shopping, and outdoor activities as needed.

Monitor and record vital signs as directed by the care plan.

Requirements:

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.

High school diploma or GED.

Valid CNA/DSP/DCW/HHA certification in good standing.

Certified CPR and a negative TB test or chest x-ray.

Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience preferred.

Licensed driver with insured, reliable transportation (depending on client needs).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide mobility support as needed.
