About the Role: MUST BE A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE WITH A NEW JERSEY HHA LICENSE FROM THE NEW JERSEY BOARD OF NURSING

ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join their growing team in Cinnaminson, NJ. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care in a supportive and professional environment.

Caregiving Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Monitor clients and promptly report changes in condition to supervisory staff

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands.

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.

Assist with medications as directed and within scope of CHHA certification.

Administrative and Training Responsibilities:

Use the SwyftOps app to manage schedules, clock in/out, complete EVV, and document care.

Complete accurate and timely shift notes, care documentation, and incident reports.

Maintain current certifications, credentials, and required documentation.

Complete required online trainings, in-services, and competency assessments.

Complete ongoing training in areas such as dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, HIPAA, and client safety.

Follow agency policies, client care plans, and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required

Prior live-in or long-term home care experience preferred

Ability to reside at a client's home for scheduled shifts

Strong communication, reliability, and time-management skills

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Valid ID and ability to pass a background check & drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
