    Job Description

    Are you an undergrad or grad student who loves music and has a strong interest in recruiting, people development, and analytics? Live Nation Entertainment is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Intern to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of completing projects efficiently, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to think outside-the-box to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. In your time with us, you will learn how the leading live entertainment company operates daily, as well as skills on how to support teams and projects.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the recruiting team to learn how we support the business
    • Protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential
    • Update and maintain data in the recruiting database
    • Work closely with upper management on ad hoc projects, including analytics on hiring trends, university outreach, as well as diversity and inclusion
    • Assist with reaching out and screening potential candidates
    • Help manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, sit in screening interviews, create job description pipelines and email blasts
    • Source candidates by using LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other search engines
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with applicants and business partners

     

    Requirements:

    • Be extremely passionate about music and live events
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Must be detail-oriented and organized
    • Comfortable on the phone and friendly phone personality
    • Superb research skills
    • Experience in fast-paced environment preferred
    • Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box''
    • Must be on-site in Hollywood office throughout internship
    • Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week onsite
    • Have 3.0 GPA or higher, be a currently enrolled undergrad or graduate student
