    Position available: Customer Service Representative in Whitehouse, TX, US. Seeking a dedicated individual to deliver exceptional customer care. Collaborate with a vibrant team to offer dependable, warm, and uniform service. Dedicate yourself to ensuring customer contentment through attentive service. Play a key role within our team by providing excellent support to all customers Responsibilities: • Provide efficient and accurate solutions for customer service requests using all available resources. • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and return calls as necessary. • Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Accurately enter data to document information and details from customer calls. • Approach customer issues with a calm and respectful demeanor. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office environment. • Manage customer accounts by processing phone payments, making collection calls, and updating customer records. • Safeguard the confidentiality of business files and documents. • Perform basic office duties including answering calls, directing inquiries, and handling emails and faxes. • Assist colleagues with tasks requiring additional support. • Foster a friendly work environment through cooperation with co-workers. • Distribute forms, educational materials, and announcements to employees and customers as needed. • Offer clear and relevant information about Live Oak Waste products and services based on customer needs. • Address customer concerns with a composed and respectful attitude. Qualifications: • Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers. • High attention to detail to ensure information is processed accurately. • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues with good judgment and available resources. • Ability to maintain calm and focused in a high call volume environment. • Prior experience in a call center or other customer service-related environment is preferable. Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
