We are a business training company specializing in helping online entrepreneurs create a business that is authentic and aligned with who they are, getting people so excited about their lives that they stop dreaming... and actually do it!

In service of this mission, our team is behind some of the most creative online marketing and digital product launches out there and we partner with the top business & internet marketing minds on the planet.

Our company and our reach has been growing fast and we’re looking for an exceptional Coach to join us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You’ll be responsible for supporting Live Your Message students to achieve exceptional results in our 12-month Momentum Program 

• You’ll  be providing one-on-one coaching with approx. 30 students (your pod) a month where you will co-create their unique business roadmap, celebrate their wins, overcome challenges and help them recalibrate their next steps as needed.

• You’ll  lead group coaching sessions twice a month to help your students  fine-tune their work and form incredible personal and business relationships within your pod. 

• You will be a mentor to our students guiding them through the program, understanding their unique needs and making  highly curated recommendations of content and training. You will  co-create the students' journey so that they have all of the tools, resources and support they need for the stage of business they are at.

• You’ll lead students in strategy, accountability and results. You will need to be both compassionate and challenging, you will be able to call “B.S” where it needs to be called and be the lightkeeper for their highest vision and potential.

• You’ll provide unlimited email access to the students in your pod for mission-specific questions, accountability, and guidance when they are stuck. We promise a turnround on replies within 48 hours on weekdays.

• You will keep up with current content and program iterations. We have an incredible team to support you and train you however you will be expected to drive your own learning, and learn quickly to get started. You will stay current on all Program content and additional materials so as to best support Students throughout their journey.

• You will attend and support our epic life-changing retreats each quarter. You will pitch in to help make these events a ton of fun and deep dive experiences for our students to help them grow their market of one business. This includes meetings leading up to the event to ensure we are all on the same page and collaborating.

• You will be responsible for a small amount of admin and will track each Student's progress and document each private coaching session

• You’ll attend bi-weekly coach meetings (weekly during your onboarding)  for the year.  We use email and slack for regular communication as team support and collaboration is important to us.

• You will actively participate in the Program’s Facebook group with FB Lives, posts, and additional resources.

ABOUT YOU:

• You are comfortable and happy working online and you should have a solid track record professionally coaching  and getting results for at least 3 years.

• You have experience in growing your own business to a minimum of $100k a year, you bring your own credibility to our team.

• You are comfortable being a student's go-to trusted advisor and the “glue” in our Momentum Program for our students experience.

• You're confident. Clients look to us for guidance and leadership. You’re a great communicator and a confident coach.

•  You're proactive. You don’t wait, you take the initiative. You ask. You act. You look for ways to do more than expected.

• You're a team player. We’re not looking for rockstar performers, so much as rock-solid team-mates. You will work closely with our support team, the coaching team to help build the training, tools, and resources clients need most.

• You are  committed to delivering a world-class coaching experience for our Momentum students.

• You've got energy to burn. You lead with your energy and you take 100% responsibility for how you show up. You meet people where they’re at, and you leave them two levels higher.

THE DEETS

This is a part-time contract position. You will have approx. 30 students. Every student receives a 1 hour one to one call with you quarterly and a 30 mins session each month in between. This combined with 2 pod calls a month and email access is quite a commitment -- so be sure you are ready to commit.  

We’re looking for someone who’s interested in sticking around to grow with us for multiple years. This is not a quick side gig -- it is a great opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing cutting edge company.

The role is 100% virtual, but you need to be available to work during “normal business hours” (approximately 9am to 6pm Pacific time, give or take two hours) regardless of the time zone you live in. Some weekend and night work will be required during events and launch activities. And, having a reliable up-to-date computer is a must!
