BrightStar Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable live-in caregivers who are willing to travel to serve clients in Rochester, the Twin Cities, and Duluth. This role involves providing one-on-one care in a home setting, supporting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personalized attention. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification.

A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
