Temporary live-in assignments with meaningful impact. Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking experienced, certified caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) for respite live-in assignments that could last from 1 to 3 weeks. These temporary roles support families when their primary caregiver is away and require dependable, compassionate professionals who can provide continuity of care.

Assignments are available across Manassas, Gainesville, Centreville, and surrounding areas.

Live-in responsibilities:

Provide personal care and daily living assistance

Offer companionship and supervision throughout the day

Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and routines

Support mobility and transfers as needed

Medication reminders and daily documentation

Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful home environment

Requirements:

Valid Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA certification

CPR certification and negative TB screening

Ability to pass a background check

Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility

Reliable, professional, and comfortable staying in the client’s home
