About the Role

Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide in-home care services in Skillman, NJ.

We are looking for dedicated caregivers who enjoy helping individuals with daily activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.

Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers.

Prepare meals and assist with eating and hydration.

Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.

Observe and report changes in client condition.

Maintain accurate records of daily care activities.

Communicate with clients, families, and the care team.

Requirements

Valid New Jersey CHHA certification required.

Previous home care experience preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Reliable transportation to client locations.

Ability to follow individual care plans.

Availability for assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends when applicable.
