Responsibilities: • Consistently prospect for new business • Prepare necessary paperwork • Retain up to date knowledge regarding the local real estate market • Help direct homeowners to make an informed decision • Participate in training and Education • Actively nurture and purposefully follow up with buyer and seller leads • Show property • Participate in open houses and networking events • Negotiate contracts • Make sure all parties are kept in the "loop" • Keep an up to date CRM • Bring ideas to the table to help us innovate Qualifications: • Real estate license, or desire to obtain one • Driver's license • Presentable vehicle Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
