Livestream Technical Coordinator
Job Description
Salary: $25.50/ hr.
UUCLB seeks professional technical assistance for our Sunday morning church programs, starting Dec. 1-January 12. The Livestream Technical Coordinator will manage the technical aspects of Sunday services, collaborating with the Minister, staff, and volunteers to ensure seamless multi-platform community participation and engagement. Up to 8 hrs/ week depending on needs. Sunday mornings required, 8:30 am-12 pm.
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for livestreaming and ProPresenter for service presentations. Experience with Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini for live video switching is beneficial. Crucially, the role requires advanced skill in operating PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras, including precise control of zoom, focus, and exposure in real-time. Must be capable of monitoring feed quality simultaneously on multiple platforms, specifically Zoom and YouTube, to maintain high-quality broadcasts (1080p at 30 FPS minimum). The position demands expertise in managing stream stability, minimizing latency, optimizing bandwidth, and ensuring content security across digital platforms.
