    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our small team. As we grow our team, this crucial role will handle administrative tasks, maintain client communications, and ensure seamless transaction management from start to finish. At least 3 years of previous real estate knowledge required- no exceptions. Responsibilities: • Manage client communication and updates throughout property transactions, ensuring exceptional customer experience. • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. • Schedule meetings and appointments, efficiently managing the team's time. • Create, manage, and distribute the weekly newsletter and create other basic marketing materials as needed (ie: flyers for open houses, etc). • Create a plan and schedule for YouTube Live broadcasts including conducting research for future topics • Act as a proactive problem solver, addressing client issues with a positive approach. • Maintain and update the database and CRM with accurate client information. Knowledge of the Real Estate Webmaster (REW) platform is a plus. • Set up MLS searches tailored to client's preferences. • Enter new listings into the MLS and coordinate photo shoots with our photographer. • Oversee administrative paperwork throughout transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Follow up with transaction files daily to ensure smooth progress. • Communicate weekly updates to clients on their transaction status and deliver necessary paperwork to relevant parties. • Collaborate with agents and stakeholders for seamless coordination. • Maintain an organized and systematic approach to managing processes efficiently. • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed. Must be available daily during normal business hours for morning check-in calls to review current projects and tasks. Qualifications: • Prior real estate experience knowledge, in general, is a MUST, no exceptions. Experience in the Florida market is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.). This role will manage a robust CRM system- knowledge of Real Estate Webmasters (REW) CRM platform is a huge plus. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Minimal availability of 20-25 hours per week with potential for future full-time opportunities. Plenty of bonus opportunities. • Work from home; flexible hours. Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
