Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, video recording and editing, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. Responsibilities: • Attend all company events and meetings to capture marketing opportunities through photos and videos • Run our social media accounts and actively engage with the audience in a timely fashion • Film and edit videos and photos to specification for each platform such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. • Assist all agents in creating brand awareness and audience engagement on their social media channels • Organize and manage client appreciation and retention program Qualifications: • B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • Expert in forward design concepts • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • Must be willing to travel to various locations to attend team meetings and events • Previous experience in marketing and brand management preferably in a real estate environment • Is proactive in initiating fresh and innovative marketing ideas and concepts • Valid driver's licence Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
