Job Description

We are a rapidly growing online health movement that is equipping hundreds of thousands nationwide to Live Good. We want to add a social media specialist with some skills and is hungry to learn, grow, and do great work with us. Ideally looking for someone that has experience with building large social followings, creating social posting strategies, and creating and making graphics, video, and social posts. With all of our growth, we want to add a team member to help work with our marketing team to drive the growth of our following and events.

We exist because we know we have a message that the world needs to hear. We love what we get to do. We work really hard, have fun, educate, figure stuff out, learn fast, and create new things daily. It’s pretty great. But did I mention, we work hard!? This is not just a “job”. It’s a purpose.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

It takes a very special person. One that cares deeply about people, and at the same time is extremely competent in their skill set. One that will stop at nothing to reach more people and hit goals. Some of the specific skills we’re looking for:

• Self-motivated - willing to be led but does not need hand-holding
• A follow-through personality that gets projects organized and done
• Experience with social media growth through increasing followers and engagement
• Graphics, design, and video editing
• Expertise in social media strategy
• Report performance strategy
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social content
• Help create and build social calendar and marketing campaigns from scratch
• Research and ideate new ways to engage and reach our target audiences
• Goal-oriented - no excuses - will hit goals
• Can MOVE FAST !!!!
• Hard-working
• Disciplined critical thinker – can think under pressure and lead people
• Genuine desire to serve and help people
