As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in handling a variety of legal tasks to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests under attorney supervision. • Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation. • Organize and maintain case files and documentation. • Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness materials. • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule appointments and court appearances. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation paralegal • Proficient in legal research and document drafting • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of Arizona court procedures and rules • Experience with eDiscovery software • Familiarity with case management systems • Trial preparation and support experience Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annually depending on experience
