Position Overview

Responsible for load assignment, shipment tracking, and operational workflow coordination through Oregon-based systems. Toledo candidates are prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operational responsibilities and assist in mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress

Track shipments and maintain detailed operational documentation

Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Maintain accurate dispatch logs and operational records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
