Position Overview

Manages load assignments, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow across Oregon-based systems. Providence candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads

Track shipment activity and maintain operational records

Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions

Maintain detailed dispatch logs

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts and operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication

Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
