The Load Assignment & Freight Support Coordinator ensures accurate freight assignments, routing, and operational tracking. Key Responsibilities
Assign and track freight loads, maintaining accurate system updates
Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to internal teams and drivers
Maintain complete operational documentation, including dispatch logs
Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts or operational inefficiencies
Support workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Participate in hybrid or remote workflow coordination sessions as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
