Position Overview

Supports load assignments, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads

Track shipments and maintain operational documentation

Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Maintain dispatch logs and operational records

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
