Position Overview
Manages load assignments, freight coordination, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Minneapolis candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operations and assist with workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and track freight loads
Maintain detailed operational records and dispatch logs
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
Escalate operational conflicts as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
