    Position Overview

    Manages load coordination, shipment tracking, and operational workflow through Oregon-based systems. Indianapolis candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operations and assist with workflow improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assign freight loads and monitor shipments

    Maintain operational documentation and dispatch records

    Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays

    Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow accuracy

    Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

    Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

    Qualifications

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

    Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

    Time management and multitasking skills

    Experience optional; full training provided

    Work Environment

    Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Indianapolis candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
