    Position Overview

    Responsible for freight load management, assignment, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Detroit candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities and support workflow optimization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assign and track freight loads across multiple routes

    Maintain detailed operational documentation

    Communicate updates regarding freight movement, exceptions, or delays

    Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

    Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

    Escalate operational conflicts as needed

    Qualifications

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

    Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

    Time management and multitasking skills

    Experience optional; full training provided

    Work Environment
