🚛 Load Planner – Customer Service Focus

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and assign container moves across multiple terminals and schedules
Manage load planning with a focus on accuracy, time sensitivity, and service
Communicate with customers regarding ETAs, delays, and updates with clarity and professionalism
Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to ensure execution of the plan
Maintain accurate, timely data entry in TMS and port systems
Flag and resolve issues before they become service failures
Monitor appointments, demurrage risks, and terminal constraints daily
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years in drayage, intermodal, or a high-volume logistics environment
Exceptional attention to detail — small mistakes have big consequences here
Clear, confident communication with both customers and internal teams
Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven role
Tech-savvy with TMS, port systems, ELDs; McLeod experience a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage
