Position Overview
Supports freight planning, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Spokane candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operations independently and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and monitor freight loads
Track shipments and maintain detailed operational records
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
Ensure workflow accuracy and operational compliance
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
