    Position Overview

    The Load Tracking & Dispatch Operations Coordinator manages shipment tracking, load assignment, and workflow coordination across Oregon-based dispatch systems. Minneapolis candidates may participate in hybrid sessions; remote candidates are fully integrated. Suitable for entry-level candidates or experienced dispatch professionals managing operational responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assign and monitor freight loads

    Track shipments and maintain accurate dispatch documentation

    Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to internal teams and drivers

    Maintain logs and records of all operational activities

    Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

    Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

    Qualifications

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking software

    Highly organized and detail-oriented

    Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

    Time management and multitasking skills

    Experience optional; training provided

    Work Environment
