Position Overview

Responsible for supporting freight tracking, load assignments, and operational communication. Minneapolis candidates may participate in hybrid operations, while remote candidates are fully integrated into Oregon-based systems. Entry-level candidates will receive structured training, while experienced candidates will handle operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor freight movements and maintain accurate dispatch system updates

Assign and track freight loads for timely delivery

Communicate shipment status, delays, and operational exceptions

Maintain complete operational documentation and logs

Assist in workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and Oregon-based management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
