Position Overview

Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator for a short-term contract assignment in Hurtsboro, Alabama. This role is ideal for a safety-focused operator with an active MSHA certification and proven experience operating front end loaders in a mining or aggregate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a front end loader safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

• Follow all MSHA regulations, site safety rules, and company policies

• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to support daily production goals

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with other site tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active MSHA certification (required)

• Proven experience operating a front end loader

• Strong understanding of equipment safety and operational best practices

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Ability to commit to the full 3–5 week contract

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environments

• Mechanical awareness and basic equipment troubleshooting skills
