Loan Administrator

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a financial institution in Fairfield, NJ, is looking for an indirect loan representative. In this role you will be responsible for post-closing review and booking consumer loan products.

Loan Administrator Job Summary:

• Pay: $25

• Shifts Available:

• 8:00am to 4:30pm

• Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Discount loan for booking

• Book and fund loans

• Reconcile daily loans

• Enter loan documentation into Hardland, dealer track

• Ensure loan officer’s approval and conditions have been met

• Review underwriting exceptions with the underwriting staff

• Perform quality control of loans booked

Loan Administrator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Knowledge of lending terminology and loan documents used in indirect auto lending
• Ability to book, fund and research information
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as credit applications, approvals, loan documents, letters and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic skills using Microsoft Office
