Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate loan closings.
Disburse funds and process loan payoffs.
Maintain loan files and exception reports.
Assist with construction loan advances, invoices, and fees.
Respond to client inquiries and provide support to lenders.
Qualifications
High school diploma; business coursework preferred.
Banking or financial services experience a plus.
Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn loan systems.
