We’re hiring a Licensed Front-End Loan Partner to manage clients from initial inquiry through pre-approval and contract. This hybrid LP1/LP2 role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-focused mortgage process. You’ll work closely with our loan officer to prep files, structure loans creatively, and maintain a clean and organized pipeline—all while building strong relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and attorneys. This position has a base salary and also pays a per-file bonus. This position also allows you to originate and get compensated for your own closings. Responsibilities: Leads & Intake (LP1 Focus) • Contact all new leads within 1 hour (or as directed) • Complete Intake Form and Set Loan Consult • Gather documents and prep file for the Loan Officers' review • Maintain CRM (Monday.com) and lead tracker • Set and confirm loan consultations for the Loan Officer • Handle unqualified leads as directed Loan Support (LP2 Focus) • Follow up weekly with “Pre-Approved & Looking” clients • Manage and update the Loan Board daily • Request contracts from attorneys and prep files for submission • Assist with post-consult documentation and updates • Monitor contingencies, closing dates, and timing strategy • Run scenarios and update pre-approvals • Think critically about how to structure loans up front • Complete Monday.com CRM task completion checkbox items Pipeline Management • Track active pre-approvals and contracts • Flag red flags or potential issues for Kei’s review • Research competitive loan products as needed Key Measurements of Success: • 100% of contract files are sent to loan setup within 24 hours • Two 1.5-hour blocks weekly for pre-approved and looking follow ups (Thurs/Fri) • Maintain Strong relationships with clients, Realtors, attorneys, and team • Ensure 80% of leads attend a formal loan consultation with a loan officer Qualifications: • Must have mortgage broker wholesale experience (retail-only experience not sufficient). • Must have experience with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM). • Must have experience working on New York loans. • Must have ARIVE (LOS software) experience. • Must hold an active NMLS license. • Minimum 2 years in an LOA, Loan Partner, Processor, or Loan Officer role. • Proficiency with DU/LP/AUS and loan structuring. • Strong credit, income, and asset analysis skills. • Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $55,000 - $120,000 yearly
