Responsibilities: • Identify and break into new markets within assigned territories to drive pipeline growth • Strategically prospect untapped accounts to expand opportunities across designated regions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure clear visibility into lead activity and deal progression • Consistently manage CRM data to track prospect engagement and sales opportunities • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and personalized messaging to generate qualified leads • Leverage multi-channel outreach to engage prospects and move them toward sales readiness • Assess prospect intent and seamlessly transition qualified leads to the inbound sales team to improve conversion rates • Qualify and route sales-ready leads to internal partners to accelerate deal closure • Track and evaluate monthly and quarterly sales targets to support predictable revenue growth Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Entry level - Career changes welcomed - sales experience preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Compensation: $75,000 - $220,000 per year
