    Loan Officer Trainee Program Are you ambitious, driven, and looking for a career with unlimited growth potential? Our Loan Officer Trainee Program is designed to help motivated individuals transition into licensed Mortgage Loan Officers through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world sales experience. This is not a passive training program. From day one, you'll be actively engaged, learning the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding sales environment. Throughout the program, you'll gain experience in: • Mortgage industry fundamentals • Sales and communication techniques • Live borrower conversations • Loan product education and mortgage scenarios • Objection handling and relationship building • Lead management and pipeline development • Licensing and compliance requirements You'll work alongside experienced mortgage professionals who are invested in your success and committed to helping you build a long-term career. Responsibilities: • Engage and guide current and prospective homeowners through the initial stages • Leverage warm calling techniques to establish rapport, build trust, and nurture relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by employing active listening and strategic questioning techniques • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively position products/services • Prepare diligently for the NMLS state exam Qualifications: • Driven by growth and income potential • Ready to work hard and build something long-term • Coachable and eager to learn • Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for quickly building rapport with clients • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is important Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
