    This Role Will Be Responsible For

    • Leading day-to-day branch operations and serving as the primary leadership presence onsite
    • Advising customers on loan options and guiding them through the lending process
    • Evaluating, preparing, and presenting loan proposals across consumer, commercial, and real estate products
    • Actively calling on prospects and cultivating strong community and referral relationships
    • Supporting, coaching, and mentoring branch staff
    • Ensuring smooth operations, scheduling, and facility oversight

    Expectations Will Include

    • Growing the branch’s loan portfolio through proactive business development
    • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues with professionalism
    • Preparing accurate credit packages and presenting to loan committees
    • Maintaining a positive team culture and assisting staff with day-to-day challenges
    • Managing branch needs while balancing time spent in the field generating new business
    • Demonstrating reliability, initiative, and sound judgment in all branch activities

    A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following

    • Previous banking, finance, or related experience
    • Knowledge of lending practices and basic credit principles
    • Strong relationship-building skills and a community-focused mindset
    • Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Leadership or management experience (preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
