This Role Will Be Responsible For
- Leading day-to-day branch operations and serving as the primary leadership presence onsite
- Advising customers on loan options and guiding them through the lending process
- Evaluating, preparing, and presenting loan proposals across consumer, commercial, and real estate products
- Actively calling on prospects and cultivating strong community and referral relationships
- Supporting, coaching, and mentoring branch staff
- Ensuring smooth operations, scheduling, and facility oversight

- Growing the branch’s loan portfolio through proactive business development

- Preparing accurate credit packages and presenting to loan committees

A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following
- Previous banking, finance, or related experience
- Knowledge of lending practices and basic credit principles
- Strong relationship-building skills and a community-focused mindset
- Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership or management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
