Position Overview

We’re hiring a Loan Officer / Business Development Lead to drive deal flow and help scale the lending platform. This role is centered on originating loans, building relationships, and owning the borrower experience from initial outreach through closing.

This is an entrepreneurial position with strong upside for the right person.

• Experience in lending, real estate, or high-level sales

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close new loan opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with borrowers and investors
• Guide deals from initial conversation through closing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Support the growth and ongoing development of the lending platform
