    This is a rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage loan officer to join forces with a nationally ranked, top 1% mortgage originator and take the next step toward long-term business ownership. If you're an established LO with a strong book of business, high standards, and a desire to learn from the best—this is your seat at the table. You'll work alongside a proven, process-driven team supporting a loyal, high-end clientele of second-home buyers, real estate investors, and successful professionals. Over time, you'll transition into the lead role, inheriting deeply rooted referral relationships and a well-cultivated database. Responsibilities: • Originate new mortgage loans while learning and following our established systems • Deliver an exceptional, relationship-based client experience from first call to closing and beyond • Collaborate with our seasoned team to structure complex loans and guide clients through strategic decisions • Take part in weekly client updates, consultations, and communications that build long-term trust • Maintain regular contact with clients and referral partners using proven outreach and retention systems • Work with our team to coach and elevate others—not micromanage • Transition into a leadership and ownership role over time with increasing access to the client and partner network Qualifications: • A licensed mortgage loan officer with several years of experience and demonstrated production • Proficient in working with self-employed borrowers, complex financials, and high-net-worth clients • Strong communicator—clear, warm, confident, and capable of simplifying the complex • Process-driven and organized, with strong time-blocking and calendar management habits • Comfortable advising clients beyond the transaction: real estate strategy, protections, and long-term planning • Tech-savvy and efficient in your systems (CRM, POS, etc.) • Already generating your own career, but eager to grow under a proven mentor Compensation: $30,000 + commission
