Responsibilities: Gather and verify loan documents Ensure loan file accuracy and completeness Prepare files for underwriting Resolve outstanding conditions with team members Maintain regulatory and company compliance Qualifications: NMLS licensed or working toward licensure Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Mortgage or sales experience is a plus Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 at plan compensation
