Are you an expert at pricing out Hard Money and DSCR loans on the fly while discussing a house flipper's next project? We are a tight-knit group of lending professionals seeking an experienced and detail-oriented loan officer to be our local representation in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Responsibilities: • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Represent the company at local Real Estate meetups and conferences Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Real Estate Investment experience a huge plus Compensation: $75,000 base plus commissions
