We are partnering with our preferred lender, Guild Mortgage, to bring on an additional LICENSED Loan Officer who will work closely with our team and our buyers. Our team generates significant buyer demand through marketing, referrals, and agent relationships. We are looking for a Loan Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at follow-up and communication, and wants to grow their business with a steady stream of opportunities. This role is ideal for a Loan Officer who already has some experience in the mortgage industry and is looking to increase production by partnering directly with an active real estate team. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the real estate team to assist buyers with mortgage pre-approvals and financing solutions • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the loan process • Build and nurture strong relationships with both agents and clients for smooth transactions • Educate buyers on loan programs, interest rates, and financing options • Consistently follow up with new leads and stay connected with past clients • Partner with real estate agents to ensure deals move efficiently from contract to closing • Manage loan applications, documentation, and timelines with the lending team • Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with the standards of the real estate team and Guild Mortgage Qualifications: • Active Mortgage Loan Originator license, or the ability to obtain one • Prior experience in mortgage lending or as a loan officer preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • Excellent follow-up skills and strong organizational habits • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions at once • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment • Customer-service focused with a strong sense of urgency • Based in or willing to work in Charleston, South Carolina Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
