Responsibilities: Sales Support: • Research and connect with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and networking events • Track outreach activity and maintain relationship pipelines in CRM • Assist with follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement with leads and partners Marketing Support: • Execute social media strategies, content creation, and campaign scheduling • Design and distribute marketing materials (flyers, postcards, email campaigns) • Help plan and promote webinars, classes, and community events • Monitor engagement metrics and assist with marketing reports Administrative Support: • Organize and update contact databases, email lists, and outreach logs • Prepare co-branded marketing pieces and event handouts • Assist with internal coordination between the loan officer, processors, and partners Qualifications: Who You Are: • Positive, outgoing, and confident, you genuinely enjoy engaging with people • Highly independent and self-motivated—you take ownership, manage your time well, and don’t wait to be told what to do • Spanish and/or Chinese speakers are highly preferred • Real estate or mortgage experience is required—you understand the lingo and how the industry flows • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented—you know how to plan, prioritize, and follow through • Creative and marketing-savvy—comfortable on social media and maybe even on camera • Comfortable working on-site—you thrive in a collaborative office environment and like being part of a team **** Why This Role Matters: This is a key position on a top-producing mortgage team.
