Swift Capital LLC, a fast-growing private lending firm specializing in hard money, DSCR, new construction, and ground-up multifamily loans , is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious Loan Officer / Account Manager to join our team on Long Island.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we provide on-site training, high-quality leads, and the tools you need to succeed in one of the most dynamic sectors of real estate finance.

** What You’ll Do:**

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with real estate investors and brokers
• Work leads provided by the company and leverage your own personal network
• Stay proactive, confident, and positive in your communication style
• Learn how to source new business, structure deals, and guide borrowers from application to closing
• Leverage CRM tools to track activity, follow-ups, and communication
• Work closely with in-house support to ensure smooth closings

** What We’re Looking For:**

• Experience in private lending, mortgage, or real estate finance (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a sales-driven mindset
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to work full-time, in-office, and thrive in a team setting
• Commission-only position with unlimited earning potential
