As a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator, you're the key player in helping individuals navigate the home financing process. You guide clients through the loan application journey, ensuring they understand each step and have the best options available. This role involves evaluating financial information, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll also stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice. You will work in an office setting, engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via digital communication to facilitate a smooth and efficient loan process. Responsibilities: • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies • Work alongside underwriters and processors to guarantee prompt loan approvals • Manage loan application progress and communicate results • Administer mortgage loan applications to cater to client needs and fulfill business aims • Examine financial and credit data to evaluate borrower eligibility and associated risks Qualifications: • Adept at interpersonal interactions and effective communication • Working well alone and with others • You need an active NMLS license • Bachelor's degree in a field related to finance or business • Over three years of experience in mortgage lending Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
