Loan Partner 2 – Mortgage Preapproval & Pipeline Management

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while working alongside one of the area’s most successful and nationally recognized Mortgage Loan Officers. In this in-person role, you will guide borrowers through prequalification and preapproval, review mortgage applications, structure financing options, and help manage the loan pipeline from application through closing. You’ll collaborate closely with the Team Leader, clients, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to resolve challenges, communicate clearly, and keep every transaction moving forward. Responsibilities: • Direct mortgage loan origination to satisfy client expectations and meet business goals • Review financial documents and credit histories to judge borrower qualification and potential risk • Engage with underwriters and processors to facilitate timely loan approvals • Uncover process enhancement opportunities and establish optimal practices • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Manage loan application progress and communicate results • Build trust by engaging openly with clients and stakeholders Qualifications: Five or more years of experience working in mortgage lending. An active NMLS license is essential. Experience in mortgage loan origination with a focus on client satisfaction and business objectives. Ability to review and analyze financial documents and credit histories to assess borrower qualifications. Proven track record of collaborating with underwriters and processors to ensure timely loan approvals. Strong skills in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing best practices. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain strict compliance. Experience in managing loan application progress and effectively communicating results to stakeholders. Ability to build trust and engage openly with clients and team members to foster strong relationships. Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 yearly
