(LP2) – Join a High-Performance Mortgage Team We’re looking for a high-performance Loan Partner 2 (LP2) to join our team and be the heartbeat of our loan process. You’ll work directly with our Loan Officer, processors, and referral partners to ensure borrowers are set up for success from the first conversation to the closing table. This role is responsible for pre-qualifying borrowers, issuing rock-solid pre-approvals, managing the pipeline, and ensuring 95%+ of loans close on time. Compensation $70,000 base, Performance-based bonus & per-file bonus Responsibilities: • Pre-qualify borrowers within 24 hours of an initial consultation, reviewing cash, credit, income, and collateral. • Issue accurate, reliable pre-approvals that instill confidence in borrowers and Realtors. • Manage the loan pipeline: contracts, rate lock consultations, borrower updates, contingency tracking, and pre-closing/funding calls. • Problem-solve proactively so that 95%+ of loans close on time without escalation. • Maintain consistent weekly communication with borrowers and Realtors. • Track and monitor loan milestones to prevent delays and resolve potential issues early. Qualifications: • Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain immediately). • Minimum 3+ years in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination. • Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines. • Experience with Loan Origination Systems (ARIVE, Calyx Path, etc.). • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
